New Windows Help Sound Proof

I recently had dual pane windows installed along the front of my house.  The old windows were thin and they would rattle whenever a truck drove by.  Time to make some changes.  With so many parrots residing here, sound proofing is imperative.  Trying to be a good neighbor!
